Playing
golf is a physical atheletic skill requiring strength, flexibility, neuralmuscular
coordination and, to a certin degree, cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The
golf swing is a mechanical performance, but if the machine ( the body
) does not function as well as one would like, the result will be neither
efficient nor consistent.

A good way to loosen up golfing muscles is to swing either two or three clubs with a baseball grip. All you have to do is let the weight of the club do the work when you are swinging To streach the back- Hold a club horizontally in front of you with the hands six inches apart and push the club away from you( upper back ). Now, from here just bend over so the club almost toushes the toes ( lower back ) and then from side to side. |

This
is ultimate way to warm up before a round. Hit a few balls with every
club in the bag, working your way up from the shortest club to the longest.
Remember when you are warming up, technique does not matter.
